Please note that we put this calendar out a year in advance to give you as much notice as possible so that you can make the necessary arrangements with your work schedules to accommodate our closure days. Taking turns with other families to watch the kiddos is a great way to minimize days off from work. Our tuition fee is pre-calculated based on how many actual days of care we provide for a year and a flat monthly rate is then determined for care Monday-Thursday from 8 am-5 pm ( fri 4:30). We have additional early bird hours from 7:00 am-8:00 am. We must have a minimum number of children participate to offer this program. We do not prorate our MONTHLY tuition, nor do we refund for unforeseen additional closure days, or reduced operating hours, this includes Covid-19, or any variant, staffing, building maintenance, flooding, church events etc. Please note that due to COVID-19 operations may be altered to provide the safest program possible for children and staff. WE REQUIRE TWO FULL WEEKS NOTICE IN WRITING FOR REFUND OF DEPOSIT. TUITION BALANCE MUST BE PAID. We do not have a leave of absence program this includes Summer time. Please familiarize yourself with our parent handbook on line at ACDConline.net regarding all our policies and procedures. We do not accept weekly payments in the month of December. All families must pay Dec. 1st in full. $1.00 a minute late fee is charged on early release days one minute after the designated pick up time and full day starting one minute after closing. Staff is not responsible to find you alternative care on our closure days. All parents need to have back up childcare plans in place for when your child is to sick to attend school. Children with green/yellow running noses, coughs etc. will not be admitted.
